Large Scale Chimney Fabrication
Intro
LEF regularly carry out varied work at the nearby Sullom Voe Terminal Power Station. LEF was awarded a contract to fabricate 4 new large chimneys for the power station at Sullom Voe.
Project Solution
Our large facility was the most suitable and cost-effective place on the Island, allowing us to fabricate a structure of this size inside a quality-controlled environment. All four chimneys were fully blasted and Thermal Metal Sprayed on site. Our team delivered and installed the large chimneys on site, and the contract was completed on time and within budget.
This project demonstrates that LEF can carry out a complete turnkey project, including fabrication, coating, inspection and installation, cost-effectively.
