The qualification consists of:
- Level 2 (SCQF 5) Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
- or
- Level 3 (SCQF 6) Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
- Enhancement at each level
- Core Skills if necessary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Helping company employees with email correspondence
- Data entry
- Do reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors.
- Assisting with purchase and sales ledger management
- Assisting the management team with booking of training courses and travel arrangements
PERSONALITY PROFILE:
- Extremely organised
- Able to prioritise a changing to-do list.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Uses initiative.
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
